What should my child wear on Picture Day?
Consider selecting an outfit that compliments your chosen background.
Avoid slogans, logos, and big patterns. Small jewelry and accessories are fine but avoid accessories that are too big or distracting. And don't forget about their shoes, which will show in full-length poses and class photos.
My school requires uniforms. Do we have to wear uniforms on Picture Day?

I don’t like my pictures. How can I get a retake?

When will I receive my school or sports pictures?
Pictures will arrive in approximately 4-6 weeks.
There was a mistake with my picture order. How can I have it fixed?

Do I need to pay for my package before Picture Day?
View before you buy. We offer proofing program where all children will be photographed and they each will have a password-protected gallery where you can view, order and purchase images, prints, and other photo products after picture day.
How to purchase a Class Picture?
Class group pictures can be purchased in a package or a la carte. Previews are not uploaded to individual student galleries. Free class picture are included with packages that specify a complimentary class picture. (If you do not order a package, you will need to purchase a group photo in the "A La Carte" menu to receive one.
Is the Class/Team Picture available in a digital format?
No, the class/team picture is only available as a print.
What happens if I order a package that includes a class photo but no class photo is available?
An 8"x10" sheet will be provided in lieu of the class photo.
Packages - Why Can I Only Choose One Pose?
Ordering prints in a package is the most cost-effective way to purchase photos. One pose per package. This is because our packages offer a pre-set number of print sizes of one image. The best way to order multiple images is in the "A La Carte" located below the packages.
Can I purchase individual prints?
Our Photos & Gifts category includes a variety of prints and products you can purchase individually. Generally, you’ll get the best value when you purchase these items in a package.
Can siblings pose together for school pictures?
Check with your school to see if this an option for your Picture Day program. Some schools offer this option for spring Picture Day.
How do I place my order using cash or personal check ?
You can pay by cash or check using an order form received and returned to your school, league, or organization with your payment.
